ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We wanted to offer a cash pay program that serves as a” membership” to those who lost insurance coverage and to small businesses to offer to their employees as a supplement. The pandemic impacted us all, but unfortunately, not everyone recovered. Our mission here is to offer affordable care and associated retail discounts so that all patients can prioritize their health without added financial stress.

Typical Cash Pay Price at other offices:
Routine exam = $95-$140
Retinal health check = additional $39
Contact lens fitting = $80-$155 in addition to your routine exam fee
Office visit / ocular emergency = $95 -$100 per visit
Medical management for chronic ocular conditions = >$95 per visit + additional fees for testing

We are working to accept all major commercial medical insurance plans, vision insurance, and Medicaid. We give you options so you don’t have to compromise on the quality of your care!
*If you have medical or vision insurance, you will not qualify for the concierge care
